THREE KILLED, SEVERAL INJURED IN FIRE AT GUL PLAZA ON MA JINNAH ROAD IN KARACHI

Three people have been killed and several injured in a fire at Gul Shopping Plaza on MA Jinnah Road in Karachi. According to Rescue 1122 and Edhi Service, the three people who died in the fire and the injured have been shifted to the hospital. The condition of some of the people shifted to the hospital is said to be critical.

Rescue officials say that several people are reported to be trapped in the shopping plaza.

However, efforts are underway to evacuate the people trapped in the plaza and control the fire.

The Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has said that Imran Khan has ordered the formal preparation of the street movement, under which systematic preparations are being made for this movement throughout the country.

According to a statement issued by the Press Secretary to the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sohail Afridi led the rally held from Haripur district to Mansehra on Sunday in connection with the street movement.

The Chief Minister said that Imran Khan’s message is being conveyed to every corner of the country and this street movement will be taken to its peak.

He said that in this movement, every city, every village and every square of the country will become the center of the movement and this time every square will be a D-Chowk where the people will raise their voice for their rights.

Speaking in Haripur, the Chief Minister said that the people of Haripur are standing firm with Imran Khan, but unfortunately, the mandate of the people has been robbed once again. He claimed that the enthusiasm and commitment expressed by the people in Karachi, Lahore, Hyderabad and other districts is proof that Imran Khan is still the voice of the hearts of the people. He said that those who were claiming that Imran Khan is gone, should see today that only Imran Khan’s name is resounding in the entire country. The struggle for true freedom that has been started under the leadership of Imran Khan is getting stronger day by day. “Our struggle is for the restoration of a strong democracy, an independent judiciary and a free media, and no sacrifice will be spared for this purpose.” According to the statement, the Chief Minister thanked the people of Hazara Division and said that the enthusiasm and enthusiasm shown by the people during the rally is a clear declaration that the people stand with this movement.

ARREST WARRANTS ISSUED ONCE AGAIN FOR IMAN MAZARI AND HADI ALI

The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad rejected the request to return the arrest warrant and cancel the bail of the court orders against Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha in the controversial tweets case and issued arrest warrants for both the accused once again.

During the hearing of the case registered regarding the controversial tweet on Saturday, Prosecutor Rana Usman appeared in court. The court sought a report from the NCCIA regarding the arrest of the two accused.

The accused’s lawyer, Riyat Ali Azad and others appeared in the court. Riyat Ali Azad Advocate said that Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha surrender before the court and appear, we request that the court suspend the order to arrest and present them via video link.

Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka said that a statement under Section 342 can be made in the absence of the accused, the arguments have been completed, we will order it in five minutes.

Judge Afzal Majuka said that the NCCIA informed that the arrest warrants of the accused could not be executed. According to the court, the decision to cancel the bail could not be suspended. According to the court, the arrest warrants of Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha are re-issued, the NCIA and DIG Operations should arrest the accused and present them in court. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till Monday.
