Through a phone call to his Afghan counterpart Maulvi Amir Khan Muttaqi, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto expressed his strong condemnation of the Kabul suicide assault.
In a phone contact with
acting Afghan foreign minister Amir Khan Muttaqi on Thursday, foreign minister
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari denounced the terrorist attack that hit the Afghan
Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday.
As a result of the
terrorist attack, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari sent prayers and condolences to the
families of the victims. The foreign minister declared that terrorism affects
both Pakistan and Afghanistan, and that every effort must be made to eradicate
this disease.
The adversary is
attempting to undermine Afghanistan's peace, according to Afghan Foreign
Minister Maulvi Amir Khan Muttaqi, but the Afghan government and people will
obstruct their progress in any situation.
It should be mentioned
that yesterday's suicide bombing outside the Afghan capital of Kabul's Ministry
of Foreign Affairs building resulted in more than 20 fatalities and several
injuries.
