According to the unofficial results, PPP got a clear majority

The Election Commission
has released the complete results of 30 union committees of Malir district in
connection with the local body elections held in Karachi yesterday.
According to the
unofficial results, PPP won 21 seats out of 30 Union Committees with a clear
majority, while 4 candidates of PTI, 3 candidates of Jamaat-e-Islami and 2
candidates of Muslim League-N were successful.
According to unofficial
results, PPP candidate Ali Nawaz won from Malir Town UC-1 by getting 6266 votes
while Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Shoaib Haider got 2972 votes.
Muhammad Nawaz Baloch,
candidate of PPP Chairman from Malir Town UC-2, won by getting 5656 votes,
while Ata Mohammad of Tehreek-e-Insaf managed to get 1667 votes.
Tehreek-e-Insaf's Asim
Haider won from Millertown, UC-3 by getting 2452 votes, while Taslim Shabir of
PPP was second with 962 votes.
PPP candidate Irshad Ali
Shar won from Malir Town UC-4 by getting 2386 votes while Tehreek-e-Insaf
candidate Mansoor Ahmed came second with 2057 votes.

candidate Afzal Zeb won from Malir Town UC-5 by getting 2861 votes while PPP
candidate Naeem Akhtar got 2396 votes.
From Malir Town, UC-6,
Jamaat-e-Islami's candidate Muhammad Bashir won with 3946 votes, while PPP's
Muhammad Amin Khan stood second with 2915 votes.

candidate Hakim Khan won from Malir Town UC-7 by getting 3540 votes while
Tehreek-e-Insaf's candidate Bilal Khan Niazi got 3384 votes.
From Malir Town UC-8, PPP
Chairman candidate Hasan Baloch won by getting 4478 votes while Tehreek-e-Insaf
candidate Arshad Ali came second with 1197 votes.
From Malir Town UC-9, PPP
candidate Sabir Ali won with 1394 votes, while Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Numan
Ahmed came second with 1058 votes.

Ahmed won from Malir Town, UC-10 by getting 1766 votes while Jamiat Ulema
Pakistan's Hamid Ali got 1327 votes.
PPP candidate Mubarak
Gabol won from Gadap Town, UC-I by getting 12105 votes while Jamaat-e-Islami's
Ismail Jokhio got 1898 votes.
From Gadap Town, UC-2,
PPP candidate Muhammad Akbar was declared successful by getting 3317 votes,
independent candidate Noor Hassan got 865 votes.
PPP's Azmatullah won from
Gadap Town, UC-3 by getting 1766 votes while Tehreek-e-Insaf's candidate Amir
Ali got 1216 votes.
Jamaat-e-Islami's Javed
Iqbal won from Gadap Town UC-4 by getting 1914 votes while PPP chairman
candidate Safdar Hayat got 1749 votes.
From Gadap Town, UC-5,
PPP candidate Ghulam Raza Jatoi won by getting 4250 votes while
Jamaat-e-Islami's Faiz Ahmed Faiz got 2433 votes.
From Gadap Town UC-6, PPP
candidate Ahmad Anwar Baloch was declared successful by getting 3777 votes,
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam's Ali Akbar got 410 votes.
From Gadap Town, UC-7,
Salim Memon of PPP won by getting 8126 votes while his rival independent
candidate Muhammad Younis got 4458 votes.

Nabi Bakhsh won from Gadap Town UC-8 by getting 5767 votes while his rival
independent candidate Mohammad Ramzan got 4110 votes.

Khaskheli won from Gadap Town UC-9 by getting 3771 votes while independent
candidate Imran got 1003 votes.
From Ibrahim Hydari Town,
UC One, Abdul Rasheed Pahanur of PPP won by getting 4552 votes while Muhammad
Faheem of Tehreek Labeek came second with 742 votes.

Khawaj Muhammad won from Ibrahim Hydari Town, UC-2 by getting 1125 votes while
Rustam Ali of PPP was second with 793 votes.

UC-3, PPP Chairman candidate Javed Iqbal won by getting 2705 votes while his
rival independent candidate Rahimullah Baloch stood second with 1318 votes.
